How to Use the Bulk Feature to Print Labels for Multiple Orders
his tutorial will guide you through the process of bulk shipping multiple Shopify orders using Shipifi, allowing you to quickly generate labels, book shipments, and update tracking details automatically.
Log into your Shopify admin panel.
On the left sidebar, click on "Orders."
You will see a list of all your orders, including their statuses (Paid, Unfulfilled, Fulfilled, etc.).
Identify the orders you need to fulfill.
Check the boxes next to the orders you want to fulfill.
You can select multiple orders at once.
If you want to select all, click "Select all in this store."
At the top-right, click on the three-dot menu (•••) to open additional actions.
Click "Ship Bulk with Shipifi."
This will redirect you to Shipifi’s bulk shipping page.
Once you’re on the Shipifi bulk shipping page, you will see all the selected orders with shipping details. Here’s what to check:
Ensure the pickup location is set correctly.
If needed, change it using the dropdown menu.
Choose the date when the carrier should pick up the shipments.
Each order will display package details like:
Dimensions (inches)
Weight (pounds)
Carrier & Shipping Service
If needed, manually adjust dimensions and weight for accuracy.
Shipifi automatically calculates the shipping cost and estimated delivery date for each order.
The cheapest available shipping option is pre-selected.
To change it, click on the dropdown menu and select a different shipping service.
Click the "View Rates" button at the bottom of the page.
Shipifi will now:
Fetch real-time shipping rates for all orders.
Display available carriers and services for each order.
Provide the lowest cost option by default.
If you want to change the shipping service for any order, select it from the dropdown.
Once you are satisfied with the shipping options, click "Book Shipments."
Shipifi will:
Generate and print shipping labels for all selected orders.
Automatically send tracking numbers to your customers via Shopify.
Mark orders as fulfilled in Shopify.
After the shipment is booked, download and print the labels.
Attach the printed shipping labels securely to the correct packages.
Your shipments are now ready for pickup or drop-off.
