How to Book Your Shopify Order from the Shipifi Dashboard
hen you connect your Shopify store to Shipifi, your orders automatically sync to your dashboard. You can then book shipments directly without leaving Shipifi.
Step 1: Go to the Orders Section
- Log in to [Shipifi]().
- In the left-hand menu, click Orders.
- You’ll see a list of all your Shopify orders with their fulfillment and payment status.

Step 2: Choose an Order to Ship
- Find the order you want to book.
- Click the Ship button in the Action column.
This will open a shipment popup.

Step 3: Fill in Shipment Details
In the popup window:
- Confirm the From (shipper) and To (customer) addresses.
- Add package details (weight, dimensions, number of packages).
- Select your preferred carrier and service.
- Click Get Quote to see live shipping rates.
Step 4: Book the Shipment
- Review the rate and details.
- Click Book Shipment.
- Shipifi will automatically:
- Close the order in your dashboard.
- Add the tracking number and shipping information directly into the Shopify order notes.
Step 5: View Tracking in Shopify
Once booked:
- The Shopify order will show as Fulfilled.
- The tracking number and carrier details will be visible in the order timeline for your customer.

Troubleshooting
- Don’t see your orders? Make sure your Shopify store is connected under Integrations.
- Rates not showing? Ensure you have at least one carrier account set up in Shipifi.
