How to Book a Manual Shipment on Shipifi

If you need to create a shipment that isn’t tied to an order from your connected store, you can easily book it manually in Shipifi.

Step 1: Log in to Shipifi

  1. Go to Shipifi Login and sign in.
  2. From your dashboard, click Shipments in the left menu.
  3. Select Add New Quotes.

Step 2: Enter Shipper Information

  • From Address → Your warehouse, office, or pickup location.
  • Save frequently used addresses for faster booking in the future.

Step 3: Enter Recipient Information

  • To Address → Customer’s shipping address.
  • Add contact details if required by the carrier.

Step 4: Add Shipment Details

  • Package Type → Box, envelope, pallet, etc.
  • Weight & Dimensions → Enter accurate values for correct rates.
  • Quantity → Number of packages.

💡 Tip: Accurate package info ensures the lowest shipping costs and avoids carrier surcharges.

Step 5: Choose a Carrier & Service

  1. Shipifi will display available carrier rates (UPS, FedEx, SAIA, USPS, etc.) from your connected accounts.
  2. Compare price, speed, and service type.
  3. Select the option that fits your needs.

Step 6: Confirm & Book

  1. Review your shipment details.
  2. Click Book Shipment.
  3. Print your label or BOL (for LTL shipments).
  4. Track your shipment directly in Shipifi.


Troubleshooting

  • No rates appearing? Make sure you have carriers connected under Settings → Carrier Accounts.
  • Address errors? Double-check formatting against carrier requirements.
